Comments: There are six
hand painted cavalry figures, each composed of two pieces the
officer and his horse. The rider on the white charger looks a
lot like the "Emperor Franz Joseph I" who ruled the
"Austrian-Hungarian Empire" from 1848 to 1916.They are in their
original packaging and box, bearing the original retail label on the
underneath "Spielwarenhaus zum Chinesen. Adele Bischof. Wien
XVIII. Wahringerstraase 81-83".
Interestingly, I purchased this set from an antique shop which is
