| Comments: This German bank
was manufactured for the Belgian market, around 1930. The idea is
that you insert one Franc coins in the bank and each coin registers
on the clock and shows how much money is in the bank. When thirty
coins have been inserted the front door will automatically open, I
don't know if this mechanism is still working. The illustrations of
the children are delightful and charming and on the front there are
two dogs who are holding a basket to catch all the money. To view other images
