bank was made in England by the "Automatic Recording Safe Co. Ltd."
for the Dutch bank called "Nederlandsche Middenstands
Spaarbank" and numbered # 19501. The coin slot has internal
teeth to hold the milled edge of the coin, to stop it being
withdrawn once it has been partially put into the slot. There is
also an oval shaped hole to put rolled banknotes into the bank.
