Comments: This attractive German
upright tin was designed to hold 20 gold tipped cigarettes by
"Manoli" of Berlin around 1905.
"The Gibson Girl" was created by Charles Dana Gibson
(1867-1944) in the 1890's and she maintained her popularity for the
next twenty years. She personified the ideal woman of her time,
beautiful, tall, slender, ample bosom and hips with a slim waist and
an s-shaped torso!
