| Comments: This "Hudson Scott"
tin was manufactured to celebrate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee
in 1897, sixty years on the throne. It was printed to simulate green
crocodile leather and has golden medallions of the most important
members of the Royal Family, at the time. Namely, Queen Victoria,
Prince Edward ( later King Edward VII), his wife Princess Alexandra,
Prince George ( later King George V) and his wife Princess Mary. It
is in good condition, the gold is a little tarnished and it has a
hinged lid.
