Comments: The 16 oz tin proudly
states "Stauffer's bakers of "Nif=ty" pretzels cookies crackers"
and dates from around 1940. The company is still based in York, PA
and is probably better known for its "Animal Crackers" that
it first produced in 1871. The two young boys sitting on the
doorstep appear to be very pleased with the cookies they are eating.
