Comments: This rare biscuit tin
from a little known company was manufactured in the form of a
factory building. It was made by the "American Can Co."
around 1920 and is marked "American Can Co. 11A". It promotes
the "Dayton Biscuit Company" and their "Idylwild Butters"
made in their "Strictly Sanitary Plant".
Interestingly, the tin shows a man proudly standing in the
doorway of the factory entrance....it has been suggested to me that
it could it be "Otto Nunamaker", the factory owner at the
time ? See photo 4.
