| Comments: This wonderfully
constructed biscuit tin was made by "Huntley, Boorne and Stevens"
in 1909 for "Huntley and Palmer". The seven books are
"Gardens Old and New", "The Poems of John Keats",
"Giovanni Battista", "Love Letters of a Musician",
"Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam", "Macaulays Essays" and
"Queen of Hearts". The tin is in good condition with a
little rubbing on the spines of some of the books and has a top
hinged lid. "Huntley and Palmer" produced ten biscuit tins in the
form of a single or multiple books, this is one of the more
difficult ones to find.
