toffee tin is aptly titled "Smoking the Pipe of peace".
The peace pipe, medicine pipe or calumet has always been used by
Native Americans as a token of peace. However it had other
ceremonial uses, as the stem of the pipe represents the male
principle and the animal world, the bowl the female principle and
the plant world. Tobacco was considered by many tribes to be sacred
and was traditionally smoked in the pipe. A sign of respect was to
