| Comments: This very formal
looking rare biscuit tin was manufactured to celebrate the
coronation of King George V and Queen Mary on June 22nd 1911. The
highly detailed, colourful images of the King and Queen in their
full ceremonial regalia are magnificent. The tin was made by
"Barringer, Wallis and Manners" and it is very similar in
appearance to the "Huntley & Palmer's" "Flemish Vase". This
stunning tin is in wonderful condition, however the lift off lid
does has a small dent in it.
