| Comments: This very unusual
biscuit tin was made by "Barringer, Wallis and Manners" in
England around 1915 for "J.A. Marven Ltd". They produced
biscuits and cakes with factories in Montreal, Moncton and St.
John in Canada. This "Billiard Table" tin was also produced
for "C.W.S.". The tin has a spring powered trigger that
propels small balls up the table and the object of the game is to
get them to rest in the numbered semi-circular depressions, and to
achieve the highest total score!
