Comments:
LEFT: This vesta tin was
made by "Bryant & May" in London around 1900
and features a picture of a jumping stag. It is in good
condition, works perfectly and originally contained wax vestas.
CENTRE: This match safe has a paper label attached to the hinged lid
and was produced by "Bryant & May"
primarily as a match safe. The crest bears the motto
"My trust is in God alone", which is a paraphrase of
the first line of psalm 91.
RIGHT: This "Spratt's" match striker tin advertises
bird seeds and parrot food on the front and dog cakes on the
reverse, it has a striker on both ends. It is in good condition with
a little very light surface rust.
