Comments: This intricately
designed "Art Nouveau" casket tin produced by "Huntley,
Boorne and Stevens" is considered to be one of the most
complicated Edwardian biscuit tins ever made. It was produced in
1906 with two roll top desk like lids and it was constructed from
more than thirty individual pieces. The detailed panels showing
classical looking women and cherubs are titled "Fame",
"Harvest", "Abundance, Fire" and "Water, Cloud".
