beautiful Victorian casket is ornately shaped and finely decorated
with riverside scenes of swans and other water fowl. The front panel
shows a smartly attired couple in a boat with the man punting. The
illustrations are nicely framed with a border of bulrushes other
waterside flowers, butterflies and insects. Even the underside of this tin is wonderfully
decorated with the company's details and awards. "Huntley and Palmer"
produced three other tins of this size and form, including "Iris"
and "Arabian".
