| Comments: This very popular
biscuit tin was produced by "Huntley, Boorne and Stevens" for
"H&P" in 1907. It was described as "An excellent imitation
in tin of an osier basket as used by anglers. It will prove of
practical utility, and can be easily affixed to a bicycle". The
production run was 60,000 and it was originally sold for 26
shillings per dozen with a free pocket diary. The basket tin is in
good condition with a nice golden patina and it has a hinged lid.
