| Comments and other images: The
toffee tin was produced in the late 1930's by the Liverpool company
of "Tavener Rutledge Ltd". The "Queen Mary" was
launched on the 26th September 1934, its maiden voyage was on the
27th May 1936 and it took the "Blue Riband" from the "Normandie" on the
30th August; crossing the Atlantic in 3 days, 23 hours and 57
minutes. It is shown on the inside and outside of the tin's hinged
