founded the company in 1903 in New York City, which later moved to
Harrison, NJ in 1907 and finally to Burlington, NJ in 1947 until
they closed in 1979. This pail was produced around 1955 and has a
charming fairground theme. There are two faults a scuff above the
"Racer" and a mark left by the original price sticker between the
