Comments: This interesting
"Huntley and Palmer" sign was produced around the early 1900's.
It is in very good condition with no damage to the picture,
manufactured on very thick cardboard and has two factory produced
holes for hanging or it would look nice framed. The showcard's
corners are just a little creased. The sign's pastel colours are
unfaded, however the image of the soldier knocking on the door is
printed in much brighter colours to draw prominence to him in the
picture.
Signs from this period advertising biscuits are not easy to find and
in this condition very difficult!To view other images
